It is all about mindfull eating 🍒

Life is like a ferries wheel that drives us sometimes to the strength and sometimes to weaknesses. In order to taste the great adventures of life, one should always be in state of healthy mind and should possess a healthy body .In the classic saying of japanese – ” MENS SANA IN CORPORE SANO”( A sound mind in a sound body) convey that both mind and body are important and good trim of one is connected to that of the other.

But in this age of obssesive labour where man has become a hustler and busy bee, have knowningly disregarded the importance of well being. Focusing on our daily schedule is essential and using these practices as a tool to enter a state of flow. An excellent antidote to everyday stress is to EAT HEALTHY AND STAY HAPPY . The secret to long and happy life is to add little things like keeping yourself hydrated , comsuming anti-oxidant rich food, tofu, vegetables , sweet potatoes, broccolu , chard , berries, green tea or jasmine tea , meditation , phyical exercise etc.

According to the World Health organisation – Japan has the highest life expectancy in the world . The people of Okinawa eats a diet that is rich in vegetables and tofu . Under the government’ s recommendation they eat less than 10 grams of salth per day . Witnessing this instance , we all can switch to a healthy lifestyle and find a purpose after jumping out of the bed every morning .
