    Choose compassion over cruelty ❣

    While i was on a stroll at the plant graden , i found a hen roaming freely without any fear . Otherwise what I usually observe is animals living in a crap where they are locked up . Isn’t it the most inhuman act of our’s where basic freedom of species are taken away. Just because they are voiceless creatures , we have started considering ourselves so superior that we disregarded the fact of pain and suffering when it comes to animals . Let us weave together and leave animals off our plate 🙏.

    Life is like a ferries wheel that drives us sometimes to the strength and sometimes to weaknesses. In order to taste the great adventures of life, one should always be in state of healthy mind and should possess a healthy body .In the classic saying of japanese – ” MENS SANA IN CORPORE SANO”( A sound mind in a sound body) convey that both mind and body are important and good trim of one is connected to that of the other.

    But in this age of obssesive labour where man has become a hustler and busy bee, have knowningly disregarded the importance of well being. Focusing on our daily schedule is essential and using these practices as a tool to enter a state of flow. An excellent antidote to everyday stress is to EAT HEALTHY AND STAY HAPPY . The secret to long and happy life is to add little things like keeping yourself hydrated , comsuming anti-oxidant rich food, tofu, vegetables , sweet potatoes, broccolu , chard , berries, green tea or jasmine tea , meditation , phyical exercise etc.

    According to the World Health organisation – Japan has the highest life expectancy in the world . The people of Okinawa eats a diet that is rich in vegetables and tofu . Under the government’ s recommendation they eat less than 10 grams of salth per day . Witnessing this instance , we all can switch to a healthy lifestyle and find a purpose after jumping out of the bed every morning .

    Simplicity and kindness ❣

    A year back picture that makes me often wonder – how could these people living a fiesty lifestyle be happy with so little with them which is approximately equal to nothing . We humans have been grumbling every now and then beside having so much apart from food , clothing, shelter – yet not satisfied. This is a story of a petite and vivacious girl who hails somewhere from hills of Himachal Pradesh , wandering with her elder brother and domesticated ruminants mammals in search for shelter and livelihood. While communicating , I could sense the simplicity , decency, strengthened with no regrets and no desires for materialistic tendencies – happily living a life which is as simple as BIRD’S NEST . The only thing that makes her physical well being healthy is wholesomeness, making herself adaptive over generations to live alongside the environment that best suits with her little being❣.     This is a glimpse of two young furry pets TURBO AND JACKSON❣who have been knotted into relentless ties. How beautiful it is when closest thing like Love💞 adds grace to the mere existence , conceivably lightening up the dark patches amd saving us when we are drowning deep into the sea of insecurities , fear , anxiety etc. OSHO in his writing wrote – ” THE GREATEST POVERTY OF ALL IS THE ABSENCE OF LOVE.” Probably the universe holds multiple defination for love but the true form could be self defined . Taking into account this picture we bump into so many species who are deprived from affection . Many animals being slaughtered for commercial purposes and human consumption . Is it wise to support henious crime against animals? When it comes to pain and suffering , all beings are same , be it animals or humans . Humanity is one . On humanitarian grounds , consider once by realising and understanding the meaning of UNIVERSAL ALTRUISM🙏.
